Numbering Identification System

       The International Naming and Numbering System utilizes the alphabet to designate the year born. Including the Letter Year Designation in the identification number of every animal eliminates the chance for duplicate numbers occurring every 10 years. The system is as follows: (NOTE: Notice that the letters, I, O, Q and V are not used.)
